The structure of the Foundation

D.V.Balakrishnaiah is the Founder Chief Trustee of the Foundation and shall be the Permanent Trustee and Chairman for life.

• The management of the Foundation shall be approved by the Executive Council of the Foundation which shall consist of a Chairman and a General Secretary and 5 other members.
• Out of these 7 members included in the executive board, 6 people should be nominated by the president and the remaining 5 people should be elected by the general committee of the foundation once in 5 years as per the schedule of events and matters appointed by the executive board of the foundation

Foundation shall be nominated by the President and shall hold office for years from the date of their nomination. The founding trustees shall be members of the executive board prior to the foundation. The Executive Council shall, at its first meeting, elect an Executive President, a Vice-President, a Treasurer and a General Secretary as officers for a term of years.
